automated mailing systems which in turn needs envelopes suitable to run on these systems. Having realized this, we worked tirelessly with Bell & Howell, USA and Pitney Bowes Inc., USA, leading manufacturers of auto mailing machines to make a system for manufacturing envelopes that meet the strict precision for the
auto insertion process.
Today, we have
achieved an unmatched perfection level which has reduced the wastage of raw material to practically negligible, increased productivity and finally resulted in tremendous cost savings.
The automated systems help in maximizing manufacturing performance for booklet, open-end and peel-and-seal envelopes, including seal gum, side-seam, conventional remoistenable flaps, bottom flap and window applications etc.
The adhesive that we use for envelope making meets the
Food & Drug Administration (FDA), USA specifications.
Self Seal Envelopes
As the name implies,
self-seal envelopes are made to be sealed by simple pressure; no moistening is required. Such envelopes have two gummed surfaces, one on the body of the envelope and the other on the flap, arranged to seal on contact with each other when the flap is closed. It makes sealing an envelope
faster and also
eliminates the need for expensive sealing devices. These special envelopes have
tamperproof flaps which cannot be steamed open, thus maintaining the confidentiality of documents sent.
Used for small and large volume applications, self seal envelopes have a large number of applications. These can be used for stuffing statements, direct mailers, bank transactions, invoices etc.
