PRESSURE SEAL MAILERS
Pressure Seal Mailers are an efficient way to streamline the entire mailing process. Pressure seal is quickly replacing many envelope mailing systems. This unique process allows you to create the information document and the outgoing mailer from one document. Once printed, the document is folded and sealed in a special machine that seals the document using pressure. There is no heat or water necessary in the sealing process. PLASTIFIED CARDS
This invention of
Plastified Cards is related with a form which has
an integrated card that can be easily detached from it. A substrate material is glued to the back of the form at least partly covering the area of the card. This substrate material has both a substrate layer and a peeling adhesive layer which loses its stickiness upon being detached. The card is a punched product which is held in the form by the substrate layer. The peeling adhesive layer has its normal properties with respect to the substrate layer - when separated from it upon detaching the card, it stays with the card. As the surface layer of the detached card, it can be written or printed upon, even if the back of the card is plasticized by a film embedded in the substrate material. The writing or imprint can no longer easily be modified through the peeling adhesive layer. This makes the card considerably more
tamper-proof than earlier cards.
The difference between versatile
Plastified Card & Plastic Card is essentially that the Plastified card is made of paper coated with special silicon of varied thickness. Also the Plastified card can be easily personalized with impact and non-impact printer, whereas a plastic card cannot be personalized in all types of printers.

INTEGRATED SELF ADHESIVE LABLES
Self Adhesive Integrated Labels can typically be combined on the same document with other applications, for streamlined processing and greater handling efficiencies.
An integrated label consists of a base document (carrier) and a backing sheet. The document is produced by die-cutting the integrated label shape through the face carrier and not through the backing sheet. The integrated patch label can then be peeled from the face carrier as it is held in place by the backing sheet whilst being printed.
Integrated labels reduce labor costs and errors by incorporating an integrated label into the sheet, the costs of additional data-entry and the possibility of additional hand written entry errors are therefore eliminated. Integrated panel labels have a generally higher degree of laser compatibility and are an excellent choice for almost any printer. These labels typically require less handling than normal label types.

PAPER PRODUCTS INTEGRATED WITH RFID TECHNOLOGY
Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is the combination of a unique identification technology and radio frequency based communication technology, which automatically identifies unique items using radio waves. Objects are identified by a tag that comprises of a microchip that stores a unique serial number identifying the product. It transmits this information via an antenna. Radio waves returned from RFID tags are picked up by a reader and converted to computer-compatible data making the data particularly to be utilized via information technology systems.
